History
Consultoria Diagnostico y Gestion del Talento (CDG), had its formal initiation in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico in October 1983 after having undertaken different projects, such as executive assessments of several companies in Monterrey, Mexico City and Saltillo.
Executive development programs were formally offered in 1988 and since then CDG has had a sustained constant growth.
In 1992 its headquarters were built in Monterrey. This enabled CDG to offer the best and most practical development and assessment facilities to company clients for their executives.
In 1993 CDG establishes a partnership with two important companies: Organizational Dynamics, (Consulting and Total Quality Services), and Service Quality Institute (Quality service programs).
During 1994 CDG incursions in Central and South America, covering markets in Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica and Brazil. These events have enabled CDG to have a national and international exposure and consolidation.
CDG has had direct support from prestigious consulting firms in the US: As of 1999, Barry M. Cohen Associates, Inc.; as of 2000, ATG in Jacksonville Florida (Competency Assessment Design) and John P. Kotter from the Harvard Business School. Dr. Kotter is considered as the world’s best speaker in leadership and change topics.
By 2002 CDG had more than 60 Senior Consultants serving different companies worldwide. Associations with Saville Consultant Group (in 2007), and A&DC (in 2010), have helped CDG to keep delivering to its customers state of the art technologies and innovation in order to ensure their future.

Competency Assessment® is an integral diagnostic technology that evaluates the executive’s development level of Competencies (knowledge + abilities + attitudes). Tailor Made Leadership Plus by Competencies develops and strengthens executive’s Competencies in their work areas.
